Not everyone with insomnia suffers from anxiety as well, and neither the reverse, but they're not two completely unrelated disorders/diseases either. Some might say that anxiety isn't even a disorder or anxiety cure abnormality, but just a symptom of living a human life that everyone has natural healing anxiety deal with.

I don't buy into that. It might not always be bad to be something other than "normal", but I think we should call it what it is. For me that was almost exactly the case. I started spending less hour awake in my bed thinking about usually the most mundane and futile things and more time sleeping!

Remember, your bed is for sleeping. Behaviourist psychologists and sleep therapists all agree that if your bed is associated with anything other than sleep, you'll probably end up using it for everything, except sleep. It's very important to condition yourself to viewing your bed or wherever you like to sleep as just that, and nothing else. cure anxiety will result in you viewing your bed as a place for rest, and your body will respond.

Okay - I know what you're cure anxiety and how lousy things have been going. And, as a result, you may be thinking, "Well - hey - if this mess isn't my world, whose is it? Furthermore, why don't they take it back?" Right?

I deeply understand your point; however I still say the hell in which you're living is more than likely not your real world. Now, you may perceive it to be destined reality; and you, or someone else, may have assigned it to your psyche and personal identity - but it isn't. You've simply known no other way of thinking or being.

As a result, you've separated yourself from the world as it truly is, as it could be. And as we talk about the past and present, let's not forget about the future. Please, and this is huge - do not do yourself the injustice of viewing tomorrow based upon how you think, feel, and behave at this particular juncture in your life.

Remember - your mind has been introduced to so much false identity, and it's taught itself so many sideways coping skills. I mean, it had to. Had it not, some aspect of your very survival would have been in jeopardy - or so you thought.

Listen, all I'm asking you to do is realize that your view of yourself and the world, and your subsequent reactions, are a little goofy just now. And that's really good news if you can just imagine all the new strength and power with which you'll be endowed when you get your thinking, feeling, behavior, and identity straightened out.

For now - take your current perspective, thinking, feeling, and behavior with a huge grain of salt.

Don't let them influence your vision of what today really is - and what the future can be.

If you want to stop panic attacks, one of the best things you can do is learn how to turn off your mental autopilot.

That might sound like gibberish to you, so let me explain what your "mental autopilot" actually is.

During the day, do you ever catch yourself having thoughts that you would rather not be having? I know I do. In fact, I think this could be said of everyone.

You know the kinds of thoughts I'm talking about.

The damaging daydreams and fantasies and scenarios you play in your head like little movies. Occasionally these will be pleasant thoughts, but a staggering percentage of them are damaging.

If you don't have a problem with panic and anxiety then this probably won't cause you any real problems. But when you really need to stop panic attacks, these undesirable thoughts can be incredibly damaging.

These thoughts start cure anxiety trains of thought, where each thought builds on the one before it, each one of them becoming increasingly more negative and increasingly more likely to start a panic attack.

The great news is, these are very easy to stop.

You stop these thoughts simply by acknowledging them. Remember a moment ago when I asked if you ever catch yourself having these negative or unpleasant thoughts? Well, "catching" yourself having them is the key.

Because catching yourself having them stops them.

These thoughts can only exist when we're distracted and unaware that they're spinning around in our minds. They're like subconscious daydreams.

As soon as we become aware of cure panic attacks we snap natural healing anxiety of it and the thoughts stop.

So one of the best things you can do for yourself if you want to stop panic attacks is to start paying close attention to your thoughts throughout the day. The more often you do this, the more of these undesirable thoughts you'll catch and stop.
